As the in-house social media expert, Fredy designs and implements THG's social media strategy to align with the company’s strategic community-building goals. A metrics-driven social media campaign is his cup of tea and he constantly searches for new ways to maintain social media best practices for social causes.
As the Partnerships Manager, Sean works with various companies to identify what social causes their managing team is passionate about, and how THG is able to support them in bringing awareness to it, thus empowering the community.

As the Creative Executive in THG, Charmayne develops fresh storytelling ideas and creates various collaterals and deliverables for the company's projects while ensuring a consistent brand look across all platforms. She explores social media content creation with an open mind and is passionate about designing with a purpose as it brings new insights to a multitude of topics.
